On 28th November 2024, Statom Group hosted their Annual Celebrity Ball — a prestigious evening that raised an outstanding £227,500. Held once again at the iconic Grosvenor House in London, the night featured performances from Rio Ferdinand, James Corden, DJ Spoony, and Sister Sledge.
The Rio Ferdinand Foundation was honoured to be named Statom UK’s lead charity partner for both the 2023 and 2024 Celebrity Balls. This annual event stands as a powerful example of a shared commitment to community enrichment, network-building, and the creation of life-changing opportunities for the next generation.
Following the success of the 2023 event — which raised an incredible £170,000 for the Foundation and generated over £300,000 in total charitable contributions on the night — anticipation was high for an even greater impact in 2024.The funds raised will support initiatives aimed at promoting social mobility and providing valuable employability opportunities for young people.

In February, Tommy, Group Chairman of Statom, joined Rio Ferdinand for a visit to fellow partner Warner Music UK, where a group of young people were given an introduction to careers in the music industry — just one of many opportunities made possible by the generosity of the event and its strong network of strategic partners.
