Our Story & Culture
Our Story and Culture
Statom Group was founded in 2020 by Stan and Tommy, two driven professionals with a shared vision: to build more than just a construction company. They set out to create a solutions-focused business rooted in innovation, integrity, and a culture of excellence.
The name “Statom” is a blend of their names—Stan and Tommy—a symbol of their partnership, leadership, and belief that with the right people, anything can be built.
We began with a focus on groundworks, RC frames, and remediation solutions, quickly earning a reputation for technical skill, reliability, and trust. As we grew, so did our capabilities—expanding into complex civil engineering projects, including ports, airport infrastructure, river wall renewal, complex basements, bridges, and Energy from Waste facilities.
We’re also proud to include Flushline—experts in drainage solutions, maintenance, and tankers—within the Statom family, ensuring our infrastructure offering is as robust and responsive as our build capability.
With offices in Glasgow, Crawley, Thurrock, and London Bridge, we deliver projects across the UK for both public and private sector clients—including key partnerships within the aviation industry.
