Driving Change: Statom Supports Get Construction Talking at The Gherkin

02.10.2025

On 30th September, we were proud to be partners at the Construction Mental Health Summit 2025, held at London’s Gherkin and hosted by Fred Mills, Sasha Reed, The B1M, Procore Technologies and Get Construction Talking.

The summit brought together voices from across the industry, from labourers and site operatives to senior leaders, clients, consultants, technology firms, SMEs, universities and the Construction Leadership Council. Under the Gherkin’s iconic glass roof, we heard honest and powerful conversations about one of the most pressing challenges our sector faces – mental health.

It was inspiring to listen to such a diverse line-up of speakers share their experiences and insights. From real stories on the ground to leadership perspectives at the top, the message was clear: we must continue breaking the stigma, encouraging open dialogue and driving meaningful change across construction.

We are proud to be partners in this movement and are taking away both knowledge and renewed commitment to do more. For us, supporting our people, our partners and our industry goes far beyond the projects we deliver. It is about ensuring everyone feels supported, valued and heard.

A huge thank you to Mark Reynolds, Elle Smith, Katie Kelleher, Steve Kerslake, Brett Smith, Peter Tateishi, Sam Downie, Robert Cheeseman, Nana Yaa Nsiah-Appiah and Catherine Thompson for leading such open and impactful conversations.

The Construction Mental Health Summit was a powerful reminder that change starts with listening, learning and working together. We look forward to continuing this important journey alongside our peers, partners and the Get Construction Talking team.
