Spark Tech is delivering key electrical infrastructure works at the Dagenham Green development, a major residential-led regeneration scheme being delivered by Hill Group UK in partnership with Peabody.
The development will create a vibrant new community, providing high-quality homes and supporting infrastructure that will transform the local area and create a sustainable place for future residents to live and thrive.
Project Progress
Works continue to advance across multiple phases of the development, with the Spark Tech team currently installing the primary service runs to Block A.
At the same time, commissioning activities are being undertaken within Block B as the project progresses towards handover. These works are focused on ensuring all electrical systems are fully tested, compliant, and operating in accordance with project specifications ahead of client completion.
The successful progression of both blocks represents a significant milestone for the development as it moves closer to welcoming its first residents.
