Statom has been appointed by Thakeham Homes to deliver the full design and mechanical and electrical installation package for the Little Mount Lake development in Frant, East Sussex.
The project forms part of a new retirement village development that will provide 55 high-quality homes together with a central amenity centre, creating a sustainable and welcoming community for residents.
Our team is responsible for the complete M&E design and installation, including specialist services, ensuring the development benefits from efficient, reliable, and future-proof building services infrastructure.
Project Progress
Main construction activities are scheduled to commence in Q1, with Statom working closely alongside Thakeham Homes and the wider project team to ensure successful delivery from the outset.
