Statom is delivering the Mechanical and Electrical Category B installation for its new headquarters in Vauxhall, London.
SPARK-TECH MEP is delivering the full mechanical installation package for the Lampton Road development, a major residential scheme being delivered by Hill Group UK in partnership with Notting Hill Genesis.
The development will provide 502 new-build homes, contributing to the continued regeneration of the local area and delivering high-quality, sustainable housing for future residents.
Our involvement spans the complete mechanical installation, from the core energy infrastructure through to the final apartment fit-out, demonstrating our capability to deliver complex residential MEP solutions at scale.
Project Progress
Works are progressing well across the development, with our team advancing the delivery of key mechanical infrastructure while supporting the wider construction programme.
A significant element of the project is the installation of the district heating network, alongside close coordination with E.ON to ensure all ESCO requirements, approvals, and integration activities are successfully achieved.
Mechanical installations within the residential blocks are also progressing, with the team delivering both the core infrastructure and apartment-level services in line with programme milestones.
