Statom Group Headquarters

Spark-Tech is delivering the Mechanical and Electrical Category B installation for Statom Groups new headquarters in Vauxhall, London.

The development comprises a 40,000 sq. ft, four-storey office facility, designed to provide a modern, collaborative, and efficient working environment that will support the continued growth of the business.

The project incorporates a comprehensive range of mechanical, electrical, and specialist services installations, ensuring the building is equipped with high-performance infrastructure that meets the operational requirements of a modern workplace.

Project Progress

Works are progressing well across multiple key workstreams throughout the development.

Significant progress has been made with the installation of the new chillers and roof-mounted plant equipment, forming a critical part of the building's mechanical infrastructure.

Installation of fan coil units, ductwork systems, power track infrastructure, and specialist services is also advancing steadily across all four floors.

The project team continues to work collaboratively to maintain programme milestones and ensure the successful delivery of a high-quality office environment.
