Cranleigh - Phase 3.3

Following the successful delivery of previous phases at Cranleigh, Statom Group has been awarded Phase 3.3 of the residential development.

Having completed Phases 2, 3.1 and 3.2 to a consistently high standard, our team has played a key role in supporting the ongoing delivery of this major Berkeley Homes development. The quality of the completed works is evident throughout the site, reflecting our commitment to safety, programme and workmanship.

Works on Phase 3.3 are now underway and include the delivery of key infrastructure and enabling works across the development.

Building on the success of previous phases, our team continues to deliver the infrastructure required to support the next stage of the development while maintaining the high standards expected across the project.
