Wellbeing
Mental health is a serious issue in the Construction industry, and at Statom Group we understand the importance of a healthy mind. We have deployed a number of initiatives to help our workforce feel supported and address any challenges they may be facing.
We are proud to have Mental Health First Aiders across the business, who have been conducting talks across all our sites and ensuring all team members know what support is available to them. We are committed to not only providing practical support but also ensuring there is a strong culture of openness and peer to peer support.
We have chosen Lighthouse Club as one of our charity partners for 2025. As a company supporter we are rolling out the Lighthouse Club services and training as part of our mental health support programme at Statom. We prioritise not only physical safety but also the mental well-being of our employees.
Our Mental Health First Aiders are trained to provide immediate assistance and support to colleagues experiencing mental health challenges, ensuring a compassionate and responsive approach to well-being.
Complementing this, our Internal Trainers deliver specialised training and resources to promote mental health awareness, resilience, and support across the company. Together, these initiatives enhance our commitment to a safe and supportive workplace, where mental health is as valued as physical safety.
