Scope of Works
- Installation of all underground drainage, services, and utilities within the site boundary.
- Construction of eight blocks ranging from 4 to 21 storeys.
- Erection of three tower blocks using slipform techniques, incorporating a retained brickwork façade, existing low-rise buildings, and an in-situ link bridge over the entrance area.
- Development of an in-situ concrete podium at Level 1 with a tarmac car park beneath.
- Supply and installation of four tower cranes to support efficient and timely delivery.
