We are excited to announce our successful acquisition of the prestigious White City Living project in West London. This landmark development features five contemporary buildings, ranging from 22 to 30 storeys, set amidst eight acres of parks and gardens.

Our scope includes the Substructure, Basement, Superstructure, Tower Crane package, and slipform construction for five core structures, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Strategically located near two Zone 2 Tube stations and just 15 minutes from the West End, White City Living offers over 2,500 homes and 30 premium amenities, including a rooftop beach club. This transformative project enhances West London’s vibrant community, and we are proud to play a pivotal role in its realization.

This landmark project will contribute significantly to the vibrant fabric of West London, and we are proud to be a key partner in bringing this vision to life.

Works continue at pace at Berkeley Group Plc’s White City Living development as the project approaches the end of the year.

Building 8 is nearing topping out, with Level 19 scheduled to be cast ahead of the Christmas shutdown. Building 9 has now progressed to Level 16, with bathroom pod and façade installations advancing across both buildings.

Two slipform rigs for Building 7 will commence climbing, while the superstructure frame is programmed to begin in January. This forms part of a 66-week programme to deliver 29 residential floors.

Phase 5 of the development has now been successfully completed and handed over to the client, marking another significant milestone.
