Statom Group’s Apprenticeship Programme is designed to cultivate skilled talent by providing hands-on training combined with comprehensive industry knowledge. We offer apprenticeships across all levels and disciplines, ranging from support roles to advanced technical apprenticeships.

Our structured approach ensures apprentices gain practical experience while being mentored by seasoned professionals. Through this programme, we are committed to developing the next generation of experts equipped with the technical skills, safety awareness, and problem-solving abilities essential to meet the evolving demands of the industry. By investing in apprentices, Statom Group not only supports workforce development but also fosters a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Work Experience Placement

At Statom, we recognise that work experience plays a vital role in preparing young people for future employment and broadening their understanding of the professional world. While we have a long-standing commitment to offering work experience opportunities, our approach has not always been consistent across the organisation.

In 2025, we took deliberate steps to enhance the delivery of our work experience programme by developing a comprehensive standard toolkit. This toolkit is designed to ensure that both young people and our employees benefit from a positive and enriching experience.

The toolkit includes a structured one-week programme, providing students with exposure to various areas of our business. Following the successful completion of a pilot phase, we are now rolling out this programme nationwide. Our target for 2025 is to offer work experience placements at each Statom business unit, reinforcing our commitment to supporting the next generation of talent.
