Statom Group Ltd are pleased to announce the start of their first project for St William, Berkeley Group Plc. Bow Common Gasworks is a 3.86 hectare site formerly used for the production and storage of gas.
The site has now been redundant for a number of years and St William has now begun works to regenerate the site. Works have started on Phase 1 which will include 312 new homes, including 54 affordable homes for rent and 26 shared ownership.
