Significant progress continues to be made at our CNWL redevelopment project, with the existing structure now being carefully demolished down to ground floor level. This marks an important milestone as we prepare the site for the next phase of development and the delivery of an exciting new residential scheme.
Our team has successfully mobilised on site and is making excellent progress with the asbestos removal and soft strip works. These early-stage activities are being carried out safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with all relevant regulations, ensuring the project remains on programme.
Over the coming weeks, scaffolding installation will commence in preparation for the structural demolition phase. This will allow us to continue progressing the works safely while maintaining the highest standards of site management and environmental control.
