Situated adjacent to the Ministry of Sound in Central London, this project formed the first phase of a wider regeneration scheme for our client.

Located on Newington Causeway and running parallel to the Network Rail railway line, the project required robust planning, clear methodologies, and proactive site management to ensure the safe delivery of the works while maintaining operations adjacent to the live railway.

Due to the site's constrained location, the works demanded detailed logistical planning, including carefully coordinated material deliveries, vehicle movements, and adherence to restricted breaking times. These measures ensured that the demolition and enabling works were completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to the surrounding area.
