Statom is delivering the reinforced concrete structure for Phase Two of the Dylon Riverside development on behalf of our valued client, Weston Homes. This 11-storey residential building comprises 162 units and is being constructed using a combination of traditional in-situ concrete techniques and modern off-site manufacturing methods, providing programme efficiencies whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

The project incorporates a hybrid structural solution, including two jumpform cores and one in-situ core, alongside suspended reinforced concrete slabs. Leveraging our self-delivery capabilities, Statom is supplying and installing precast columns and precast stair units manufactured off-site, together with the installation of Uni-Panel and Uni-Wall systems to support efficient construction and programme certainty.

Concrete placement operations have progressed in line with programme, with the structure now entering its final stages. Phase Two is approaching completion, with works commencing on Level 10 and the roof slab scheduled for completion by the end of June 2026. The reinforced concrete package is programmed to conclude in July 2026, enabling a seamless handover to follow-on trades.

The project highlights Statom’s ability to successfully combine in-situ and off-site construction methodologies to deliver high-quality residential developments safely, efficiently and to demanding programme requirements.
