This project comprises the construction of two reinforced concrete frames for Mount Anvil, delivered in partnership with Riverside. The development consists of a 9-storey residential building and a 22-storey residential tower, with both central cores constructed using slipform techniques to maximise programme efficiency and construction quality.

Our scope of works includes the installation of all below-ground drainage, services and utilities within the site boundary, alongside the full reinforced concrete frame construction. Due to the site's close proximity to the Network Rail viaduct serving Blackfriars Station, extensive planning, coordination and safety management are required throughout the delivery of the works. Perimeter safety screens will be installed to protect the adjacent railway infrastructure and maintain a safe working environment.

As part of our self-delivery capability, Statom will supply and install precast concrete columns fabricated at our dedicated precast facility in Barking, ensuring quality control, programme certainty and efficient project delivery.

This project demonstrates our expertise in delivering complex reinforced concrete structures within constrained urban environments, where safety, logistical planning and engineering excellence are critical to successful delivery.
