The Hareshill development in Fleet continues to make excellent progress, with our team successfully delivering multiple phases of work across the site. Through the dedication, commitment, and consistent high standards demonstrated by our site teams, we have been entrusted with successive phases of the project, reflecting the strong relationship built with our client and our ability to consistently meet programme requirements.
We are currently operating across Phases 3.2, 3.3, and the recently awarded Phase 4.
Phase 3.2 is approaching completion, with the final backend finishing works scheduled to be completed this week. Meanwhile, Phase 3.3 has progressed well, with only one remaining infrastructure block left to complete before the focus shifts fully onto backend finishing works, which are now underway.
Works have also commenced on Phase 4, where the team is currently undertaking large-scale earthworks operations. Once these are complete, the project will progress into the installation of mains drainage infrastructure, followed by road construction and plot development works.
