Located on Queensway Parade, directly opposite the iconic Whiteleys building, this project involves the full demolition of the existing structure using a combination of hi-reach and top-down demolition techniques.

The works present significant logistical challenges due to the site's constrained urban location, including the retention of party walls and the close proximity of neighbouring properties to the rear. Careful planning and execution are essential to ensure the safety of adjacent structures and minimise disruption throughout the demolition process.

The project also includes the removal of a 3-metre-deep basement and the construction of a pile mat, providing the required platform for the subsequent piling works.
